If you haven't heard about the council's 'Have a Go' sessions, then it's time you were brought up to speed.
They're healthy and adventurous activities to offer locals an introduction to different sport, outdoor, or exercise activities.
It's a taste test of an activity available in Hobart so you get trial out if its worth pursuing and better yet, it's free.
This weeks Healthy Hobart event on Sunday 18 March from 10am-11am is: Mountain bike riding
A chance for families and individuals to get out on some local tracks for a taster of this hugely popular and growing adventure sport, with the benefit of an experienced guide to help you.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a drink, and arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session at the top summit car park, Queens Domain.
If you don't have your own bike, don't fret, you can book one contacting our mate Hayden on 0438 386 025
For more information on age restrictions or to register online head to the Healthy Tasmania website.
Well go on, Onya bike then!
