A lot of people tend to steer clear of white sneakers when shopping because they know that those babies won't stay white for long...
When white sneakers came back into fashion, trying to maintain their fresh look became a lot harder because people were wearing them every single day.
So how on earth do you keep your white sneakers looking crisp all the time?
Twitter user Sarah Tracey has the answer.
Stacey posted two photos of her white converse sneakers on Twitter.
In the first photo, the sneakers are absolutely destroyed, in the other, they look brand new!
The pictures are of the exact same pair of shoes, so how did she transform them so miraculously?!
Well, after her pictures went viral, Sarah revealed how she did it.
"OK rinse shoes, mix 1:1.5 of baking soda & detergent, scrub w toothbrush, let it sit for a while, rinse, put in washer, baby powder/dry."
So really, if you can rinse your shoes, mix 1 cup of baking soda with one and a half cups of regular laundry detergent in water, scrub your shoes with a toothbrush, let it dry, rinse the baking soda and detergent off of it, put them in the washing machine and then pop some baby powder on them before you put them out to dry, you'll have brand new shoes!
Have you tried this method before?
