John Ibrahim's Mother's Home Raided After Shooting Of Bodyguard Supplied

Police have searched the Merrylands home of John Ibrahim's mother as part of an investigation into the shooting of Ibrahim's long-term bodyguard at the property.

A number of warrants were executed by the Holroyd Local Area Command in western Sydney yesterday, including an overnight patrol operation.

Strike Force Yelverton was established to investigate the shooting on Friday, November 17.

Ibrahim's 59-year-old bodyguard was shot in the back at approximately 10.45pm in the backyard of the Price Street property.

According to NSW Police, a number of items were seized during the police operation, including hard drives.
