National suicide prevention charity, R U OK? is heading to Griffith THIS MORNING (Tuesday 11 September).
This is part of a six week awareness-raising road trip around the country in the lead up to R U OK? Day on Thursday September 13.
The R U OK? team will be joined by James Van Cooper, along with local representatives from The Way Back Support Service, Lifespan and the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program, who will also attend the event.
The event will include a morning BBQ, tea station, children's activities and interactive ways to learn the four steps to ask R U OK?
