WA Festivals You MUST Get To This Summer

We're all for having an epic time at these incredible festivals, but we also want you to stay safe.  Become drug aware here.

Summer is the perfect excuse to get to a festival or two (or three). Below are a few music and fringe festivals happening here in WA that we like the sound of.

Fidelity Festival, Perth

2 Dec, 2017

This new festival will be a great way to kick off summer. Take a look at this pretty sweet lineup: Alt-J, Cashmere Cat, Future Islands, Noname, The Shins, Warpaint and Perth’s own Ziggy Ramo.

Falls Downtown, Fremantle

6 -7 Jan, 2018

The next Falls Downtown Music & Arts Festival will see Flume, Fleet Foxes, Run the Jules, The Kooks, Glass Animals, Peking Duck, Liam Gallagher + heaps more take over the Fremantle Oval Precinct.

The organisers have also lined up a cool passout policy, so once you’ve checked out the music and best from our creative minds, you can explore all the best parts of Fremantle.

Electric Gardens, Perth

19 Jan, 2018

At the time of writing, only limited tickets remain. If world-class dance is your thing, you’ll wanna get your hands on tix into Red Hill Auditorium to see Fatboy Slim supported by Gordon City, Henry Saiz and Motez.

This is definitely one of those festivals where you’ll want to keep an eye out for friends who are selling their tix due to a change of plans.

Fringe World Festival, Perth

26 Jan – 25 Feb, 2018

One of the best fringe festivals in the world returns to Perth for a whole month, which really isn’t enough time to see all 700+ shows!

Perth Festival, Perth

9 Feb – 4 Mar, 2018

We do things a little different over here, and that’s exactly what Perth festival is all about. In fact, we stole that line from their website!

See what our best minds have created.

St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival, Fremantle

11 Feb, 2018

Lovers of awesome new music from up-and-comers like Amy Shark rave about Laneway Festival, which is why you need to check it out!

Your ticket includes transport to and from Fremantle on all Transperth services. Cool eh?
