A man's allegedly been caught high-range drink driving at Belmont.
It's claimed the 34 year old was refused entry to a pub on the Pacific Highway at about 2:15pm on Friday.
He then hopped in a Subaru station wagon and drove off. Hotel staff contacted police who later found the man in a nearby carpark in Macquarie Street.
Police say the driver was arrested after returning a positive roadside breath test.
He was taken back to Belmont Police Station where he allegedly blew 0.263.
He'll face Belmont Local Court charged with high-range PCA.
