They've been staple brands for mothers across Australia for years, but the group behind brands Millers, Katies and Rivers have announced plans to close more than 300 stores across Australia over the next three years.
Parent company Speciality Fashion Group have seen a steady decline in sales over the past few years, as more international competition hits the Australian market and online shopping gains popularity.
Most of the closures will happen next year, but it's unsure which stores will close and how many employees will be impacted.
Currently, the group employs around 5,000 workers.
It's tipped that about a fifth of the total workforce are at risk of losing their jobs.
