Four more people in Melbourne have been confirmed as having measles, according to the health department, taking the figure up to seven.
The latest diagnoses were confirmed on Thursday and are linked to previous cases in the outbreak, Victoria's deputy chief officer Brett Sutton said.
The cases have been infectious at many prominent locations, including the MCG, Melbourne Airport, Chadstone shopping centre and DFO in Essendon.
The department of heath and human services yesterday put out an alert for people who had spent time at the MCG on Saturday.
Every case has contracted measles in Australia, except one, who brought it over from Romania on flight QR904 on September 13.
Dr Sutton said symptoms could appear at any time from September 5 to October 15.
Locations visited by infectious measles patients:
September 22: the Australian Ballet's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland at the State Theatre.
September 23: Oscar Cooper Cafe, Prahran; Pidapipo Icecream, Windsor; Maribyrnong Boathouse, Moonee Ponds; Lincoln St Hair Salon, Essendon; and the Corner Store Cafe, Yarraville.
September 24: Melbourne International Airport, Qantas Club Lounge (8-10am); Qantas flight QF29 to Hong Kong; Kmart Moonee Ponds; DFO Essendon; Little Byrd Cafe, Ascot Vale.
