Deliveroo has today launched a new platform called ‘Deliveroo Editions’. A delivery-only kitchen concept that is the first of its kind in Australia, Deliveroo Editions makes it possible for restaurants to reach new customers and develop innovative new food concepts.
Located in the heart of the Chapel Street district in Melbourne, Australia’s first Deliveroo Editions site is equipped with bespoke kitchen spaces collecting seven well known Australian restaurants into a single house of brands.
Based on its unique insight, Deliveroo can identify cuisines missing in an area, predict customer demand, and handpick the restaurants that will be successful with Deliveroo Editions.
Deliveroo Editions will bring Baby, Kong, DiDi Dumpling, Yubi, 8Bit, Up in Smoke and Messina to customers living and working across Windsor, South Yarra, St Kilda, Richmond, Toorak and Prahran.
Multiple Deliveroo Editions sites are planned for launch across Australia throughout 2018.
