Police are investigating a fatal crash at South Brighton this morning where a pedestrian was struck by a train.
It happened at the Shoreham Road crossing around 6.15.
Trains are currently running between Adelaide and Oaklands, Seaford and Noarlunga, with restrictions expected to continue for much of the day.
Replacement buses are shuttling passengers to their stops.
Major Crash Investigators and the Public Transport Safety Branch are assisting.
A report's being prepared for the Coroner.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
