Working in the tree tops with people of all ages, fitness levels and fear levels requires a pretty awesome team so the guys behind TreeClimb had their work cut out for them when 700 applicants applied to work at Adelaide's newest aerial adventure park.
So what did they do?
Hold interviews speed-dating style!
Around 250 of the 700 applicants that applied were offered a chance to 'sell themselves' in order to join the TreeClimb team.
It all happened last night at Plant4 where hopefuls checked off their names, took a seat in the 'date line' and moved along every minute.
They went through two 60 sec speed dates with members of the TreeClimb management team.
The successful applicants will know by COB today if they've made it through to the next stage!
TreeClimb Experience Manager Travis Hobbs says "this unique interview process was designed to ensure that even though we had a large number of applications, we were able to give at least 200 of them a shot at giving us a good first impression".
TreeClimb will be open to adventurers on Greenhill Rd in Spring!
